Only linux/nfsd/syscall.h is actually used. Remove the
other nfsd #includes, so they can be moved to source

Pass credentials through dentry_open() so that the COW creds patch can have
SELinux's flush_unauthorized_files() pass the appropriate creds back to itself
when it opens its null chardev. The security_dentry_open() call also now takes a creds pointer, as does the
dentry_open hook in struct security_operations.Signed-off-by: David Howells

* Add path_put() functions for releasing a reference to the dentry and
vfsmount of a struct path in the right order* Switch from path_release(nd) to path_put(&nd->path)
* Rename dput_path() to path_put_conditional()

This is the central patch of a cleanup series. In most cases there is no good
reason why someone would want to use a dentry for itself. This series reflects
that fact and embeds a struct path into nameidata.Together with the other patches of this series
- it enforced the correct order of getting/releasing the reference count on
pairs
- it prepares the VFS for stacking support since it is essential to have a
struct path in every place where the stack can be traversed
- it reduces the overall code size:without patch series:

Switch from nd->{dentry,mnt} to nd->path.{dentry,mnt} everywhere.

A user can use nfsservctl() to spam the logs.
This can happen because the arguments to the nfsservctl() system call are
versioned. This is a good thing. However, when a bad version is detected,
the kernel prints a message and then returns an error.Signed-off-by: Peter Staubach

EDAC requires a way to scrub memory if an ECC error is found and the chipset
does not do the work automatically. That means rewriting memory locations
atomically with respect to all CPUs _and_ bus masters. That means we can't
use atomic_add(foo, 0) as it gets optimised for non-SMPThis adds a function to include/asm-foo/atomic.h for the platforms currently
supported which implements a scrub of a mapped block. It also adjusts a few other files include order where atomic.h is included
before types.h as this now causes an error as atomic_scrub uses u32.Signed-off-by: Alan Cox

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.Let it rip!
