Convert jmr3927_clock_event_device to more generic
txx9tmr_clock_event_device which supports one-shot mode. The
txx9tmr_clock_event_device can be used for TX49 too if the cp0 timer
interrupt was not available.Convert jmr3927_hpt_read to txx9_clocksource driver which does not
depends jiffies anymore. The txx9_clocksource itself can be used for

The generic rtc-ds1742 driver can be used for RBTX4927 and JMR3927
(with __swizzle_addr trick). This patch also removes MIPS local

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.Let it rip!
