  • Programs using /proc/kpageflags need to know about the various flags. The
provides them and the comments in the file
indicate that it is supposed to be used by user-level code. But the file
    is not installed.

Install the headers and mark the unstable flags as out-of-bounds. The
page-type tool is also adjusted to not duplicate the definitions

  • Rename get_uflags() to stable_page_flags() and make it a global function
for use in the hwpoison page flags filter, which need to compare user
page flags with the value provided by user space.

Also move KPF_* to kernel-page-flags.h for use by user space tools.
