The RSK+ setup code was doing some pretty dubious things with
parse_mtd_partitions() in order to populate the physmap-flash map
platform data. The physmap-flash driver contains all of the functionality
that we require already, so simply drop the special casing and pad out
the platform data accordingly.Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt

The sh_mobile_ceu_camera driver has been converted to use the V4L2
subdevice .[gs]_mbus_config() operations, therefore we don't need

Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled],
We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled
and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler
returns with interrupts enabled (see commit [b738a50a:
genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]).So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed.

clk_get() used to return NULL or an errno value depending on whether a
clkdev lookup failed or a clock wasn't found in the primary clock list.
As these disjoint paths were unified and everything now is handled via
clkdev lookups, the NULL case never makes it out of clk_get(). Update
accordingly and always look to the errno value.Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt
