In 86ccf37c6acd74cf7e4b7751ee045de19943c5a0 the driver was modified
to deal with the removal of the pciirq argument to ide_pci_setup_ports().But in the conversion only the first port's IRQ gets setup.
Inspired by a patch by Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz., and with help from

Remove hw_regs_t typedef and rename struct hw_regs_s to struct ide_hw.
There should be no functional changes caused by this patch.

Pass number of ports to ide_host_{alloc,add}() and then update
all users accordingly.v2:
