  • Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
    I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

    a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
    b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
    c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
    d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
    e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation)
    f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
    g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
    following commend:

    $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

  • We need this functionality for the io_uring file registration, but
we cannot rely on it since CONFIG_UNIX can be modular. Move the helpers
to a separate file, that's always builtin to the kernel if CONFIG_UNIX is
    m/y.

No functional changes in this patch, just moving code around.

  • Move the protocol specific config options out to the specific protocols.
With this change net/Kconfig now starts to become readable and serve as a
    good basis for further re-structuring.

The menu structure is left almost intact, except that indention is
fixed in most cases. Most visible are the INET changes where several
"depends on INET" are replaced with a single ifdef INET / endif pair.

Several new files were created to accomplish this change - they are
small but serve the purpose that config options are now distributed
    out where they belongs.
