The MSI vector reservation system described in Documentation/MSI-HOWTO.txt
was removed by Eric in 92db6d10bc1bc43330a4c540fa5b64c83d9d865f. Remove
the references to it in the documentation. While we're here § 5.5.1 refers to x86 hardware requirements, so make that
clear.Signed-off-by: Michael Ellerman

This patch fixes typos in various Documentation txts. The patch addresses some
+words starting with the letters 'U-Z'.Looks like I made it through the alphabet...just in time to start over again
+too! Maybe I can fit more profound fixes into the next round...? Time will
+tell. :)Signed-off-by: Matt LaPlante

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.Let it rip!
