There are numerous broken references to Documentation files (in other
Documentation files, in comments, etc.). These broken references are
caused by typo's in the references, and by renames or removals of the
Documentation files. Some broken references are simply odd.Fix these broken references, sometimes by dropping the irrelevant text
they were part of.Signed-off-by: Paul Bolle

Below you will find an updated version from the original series bunching all patches into one big patch
updating broken web addresses that are located in Documentation/*
Some of the addresses date as far far back as 1995 etc... so searching became a bit difficult,
the best way to deal with these is to use web.archive.org to locate these addresses that are outdated.
Now there are also some addresses pointing to .spec files some are located, but some(after searching
on the companies site)where still no where to be found. In this case I just changed the address
to the company site this way the users can contact the company and they can locate them for the users.Signed-off-by: Justin P. Mattock

This section pointed out to compilation options which no longer exist.
VERBOSE_IDE_CD_ERRORS has been replace by config option
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDECD_VERBOSE_ERRORS.STANDARD_ATAPI is no longer needed, since the non-standard drivers, which
required bcd2bin are now detected, and there's a flag for them.NO_DOOR_LOCKING is now a sysctl parameter for cdrom drivers.
CDROM_NBLOCKS_BUFFER is not used anymore. The READAUDIO is now in cdrom.c and it
allocates as much as user space has requested to read, backing off if it fails.TEST is not there anymore or in cdrom either. ide allows to send ATA commands
through ioctl, although it may be helpful to send MMC packets through the cdrom
layer directly.Signed-off-by: Thadeu Lima de Souza Cascardo

Many developers use "/debug/" or "/debugfs/" or "/sys/kernel/debug/"
directory name to mount debugfs filesystem for ftrace according to
./Documentation/tracers/ftrace.txt file.And, three directory names(ex:/debug/, /debugfs/, /sys/kernel/debug/) is
existed in kernel source like ftrace, DRM, Wireless, Documentation,
Network[sky2]files to mount debugfs filesystem.debugfs means debug filesystem for debugging easy to use by greg kroah
hartman. "/sys/kernel/debug/" name is suitable as directory name
of debugfs filesystem.

* Convert files to UTF-8.
* Also correct some people's names
(one example is Eißfeldt, which was found in a source file.
Given that the author used an ß at all in a source file
indicates that the real name has in fact a 'ß' and not an 'ss',
which is commonly used as a substitute for 'ß' when limited to
7bit.)* Correct town names (Goettingen -> Göttingen)
* Update Eberhard Mönkeberg's address (http://lkml.org/lkml/2007/1/8/313)

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.Let it rip!
