  warns as follows:

  arch/arm/mach-sa1100/assabet.c:264: warning: passing argument 1 of 'pmd_offset' from incompatible pointer type

  Fix this by adding the necessary pud_offset() macro.

  the mdesc pointer, it shouldn't be modified anyway, and we can't wrap
  it, so let's remove it.

  remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc.

  The various declarations were removed using the following script:

  Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
  even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
  archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
  3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
  git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
  infrastructure for it.
