Promote line6 driver from staging to sound/usb/line6 directory, and
maintain through sound subsystem tree.This commit just moves the code and adapts Makefile / Kconfig.

This patch adds initial support for the Behringer BCD2000 USB DJ controller.
At the moment, only the MIDI part of the device is working, i.e. knobs,
buttons and LEDs.I also plan to add support for the audio part, but I assume that this will
require more effort than the rather simple MIDI interface. Progress can be

This adds partial support for the Maschine controller by Native Instruments.
Supported now are the 1x1 MIDI interface and the 41 buttons, 11 endless
rotary encoders, and 16 pressure-sensitive drum pads. Still to work on are the

This patch adds support for the new Traktor Kontrol S4 by Native
Instruments. It features a new audio data streaming model, MIDI
in and out ports, a huge number of 174 dimmable LEDs, 96 buttons
and 46 absolute encoder axis, including some rotary encoders.All features are supported by the driver now.
Did some code refactoring along the way.

This device does not have audio controllers and backlit buttons only.
Input data is handled over a dedicated USB endpoint.All functions are supported by the driver now.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.Let it rip!
