Commit d43c36dc6b357fa1806800f18aa30123c747a6d1 ("headers: remove
sched.h from interrupt.h") left some build errors in some configurations
due to drivers having depended on getting header files "accidentally".Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar

It's been a useless no-op for long enough in 2.6 so I figured it's time to
remove it. The number of people that could object because they're
maintaining unified 2.4 and 2.6 drivers is probably rather small.[ Handled drivers added by netdev tree and some missed IRDA cases... -DaveM ]

This patch converts generic HDLC (and WAN drivers using it) from
hdlc_set_carrier() to netif_dormant*() interface.
WAN hardware drivers should now use netif_carrier_on|off() like
other network drivers.Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Halasa

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.Let it rip!
