The Japanese/Korean/Chinese versions still need updating.
Also, the stable kernel 2.6.x.y descriptions are out of date
and should be updated as well.Signed-off-by: Joe Perches

There are numerous broken references to Documentation files (in other
Documentation files, in comments, etc.). These broken references are
caused by typo's in the references, and by renames or removals of the
Documentation files. Some broken references are simply odd.Fix these broken references, sometimes by dropping the irrelevant text
they were part of.Signed-off-by: Paul Bolle

The sleeping inside spinlock detection is actually used
for more general sleeping inside atomic sections
debugging: preemption disabled, rcu read side critical
sections, interrupts, interrupt disabled, etc...Change the name of the config and its help section to
reflect its more general role.Signed-off-by: Frederic Weisbecker

Here's a set of changes updating Documentation/development-process. I have
update kernel releases and relevant statistics, added information for a
couple of tools, zapped some trailing white space, and generally tried to
make it more closely match the current state of affairs.[Typo fixes from Joe Perches and Nicolas Kaiser incorporated]

Below you will find an updated version from the original series bunching all patches into one big patch
updating broken web addresses that are located in Documentation/*
Some of the addresses date as far far back as 1995 etc... so searching became a bit difficult,
the best way to deal with these is to use web.archive.org to locate these addresses that are outdated.
Now there are also some addresses pointing to .spec files some are located, but some(after searching
on the companies site)where still no where to be found. In this case I just changed the address
to the company site this way the users can contact the company and they can locate them for the users.Signed-off-by: Justin P. Mattock
