Architectures that implement their own show_mem() function did not pass
the filter argument to show_free_areas() to appropriately avoid emitting
the state of nodes that are disallowed in the current context. This patch
now passes the filter argument to show_free_areas() so those nodes are now
avoided. This patch also removes the show_free_areas() wrapper around
__show_free_areas() and converts existing callers to pass an empty filter.ia64 emits additional information for each node, so skip_free_areas_zone()
must be made global to filter disallowed nodes and it is converted to use
a nid argument rather than a zone for this use case.Signed-off-by: David Rientjes

Commit e66eed651fd1 ("list: remove prefetching from regular list
iterators") removed the include of prefetch.h from list.h, which
uncovered several cases that had apparently relied on that rather
obscure header file dependency. So this fixes things up a bit, using
grep -L linux/prefetch.h $(git grep -l '[^a-z_]prefetchw*(' -- '*.[ch]')
grep -L 'prefetchw*(' $(git grep -l 'linux/prefetch.h' -- '*.[ch]')to guide us in finding files that either need
inclusion, or have it despite not needing it.There are more of them around (mostly network drivers), but this gets
many core ones.Reported-by: Stephen Rothwell

With dynamic debug having gained the capability to report debug messages
also during the boot process, it offers a far superior interface for
debug messages than the custom cpufreq infrastructure. As a first step,
remove the old cpufreq_debug_printk() function and replace it with a call
to the generic pr_debug() function. How can dynamic debug be used on cpufreq? You need a kernel which has
CONFIG_DYNAMIC_DEBUG enabled. To enabled debugging during runtime, mount debugfs and
$ echo -n 'module cpufreq +p' > /sys/kernel/debug/dynamic_debug/control
for debugging the complete "cpufreq" module. To achieve the same goal during
boot, appendddebug_query="module cpufreq +p"
as a boot parameter to the kernel of your choice.

For future rework of try_to_wake_up() we'd like to push part of that
function onto the CPU the task is actually going to run on.In order to do so we need a generic callback from the existing scheduler IPI.
This patch introduces such a generic callback: scheduler_ipi() and
implements it as a NOP.BenH notes: PowerPC might use this IPI on offline CPUs under rare conditions!
