  • To be easier on drivers and users, have cfg80211 register an
rfkill structure that drivers can access. When soft-killed,
simply take down all interfaces; when hard-killed the driver
needs to notify us and we will take down the interfaces
after the fact. While rfkilled, interfaces cannot be set UP.

  • Add EOWNERDEAD and ENOTRECOVERABLE to all architectures. This is to
support the upcoming patches for robust mutexes.

We normally don't reserve parts of the name/number space for external
patches, but robust mutexes are sufficiently popular and important to
    justify it in this case.

  • Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
    infrastructure for it.

    Let it rip!
